Proof is in the pudding: educational accountability
Before we can effectively innovate we need to know where we stand in terms of our performance, and how we compare to other, similar schools. The Georgia School Council Institute gives us this kind of infomation as well as interesting data concerning salary and travel expenses by employee by system. That last bit may leave a funny taste in your mouth.
